Simon is a Partner and Co-founder at Hymont Capital. Prior to founding the firm, he spent five years at Hines in Amsterdam and London as part of the acquisitions team, focusing on value-add and develop-to-hold strategies with a particular emphasis on logistics and residential assets, during which time he was involved in and helped close over €1.5 billion of real estate transactions across the risk spectrum.


He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Catholic University of Leuven.

Thibaut is a Partner at Hymont Capital. Prior to joining the firm, he spent eight years as a Senior Vice President at Heitman in London, a leading global real estate private equity manager. During his career, he acquired and managed over €2.0 billion across sectors and pan-European geographies, with a particular focus on complex operational platform transactions.


He holds a Master in European Business from ESCP Business School and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from the Catholic University of Leuven.

Nicolas is an Investment Manager at Hymont Capital. Prior to joining the firm, he started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank in London, where he was part of the Infrastructure & Utilities coverage team. Before that, he gained experience as an Investment Banking intern at J.P. Morgan in Brussels and a Private Equity intern at Freshstream in London.


He holds an Advanced Master in Finance from ESCP Business School and a Master of Science in Business Economics from the Catholic University of Leuven.
